Gold Putting in a Bottom?

This is the cycle turn time for Gold and today we have a candle move off the lower bollinger bands (50 period) indicative of a bottom being put in. How long term the bottom is we will need to see the move first. Here is the chart: There is always a bull path and a bear path and we cannot not know which path will be taken in our time.
