gobi paratha - cauliflower paratha - paratha recipes

gobi paratha - cauliflower paratha - minced cauliflower stuffed flat bread recipe.paratha recipes are my most favorite and want to make it with different stuffing. For this chill winter,we definitely want a snack or savory recipe definitely, apart from making fritters or any snack recipe,i want to make paratha for dinner and this makes full and it is spicy too.

we usually take dinner before 7 ,for me its before 7,am practicing this one since my school days. But after marriage,it shifted to 7:30.for me its so abnormal and started to practice my previous time and now am feeling ok with that.for me,dinner should be before 3 hours to sleep.with this one, your food is easily digested and you will get a better sleep than before.for this ,i scheduled the weekly recipes but sometimes instantly. So planned a paratha recipe for this weekend ,as V bought a wonderful cauliflower this weekend.Made some sabzi and curries and also this paratha too.We had this paratha with some leftover dal.

I already shared many variations of paratha here, check it out in recipe index page titled under vegetarian recipes.
