Hummer EV reservations
Once you've followed the steps above on the GMC Hummer microsite and received a confirmation message (which can take up to 48 hours), you'll have your place in line to ensure that you may be able to place a vehicle order. Your local dealer will contact you to complete and submit your order. The timing for this depends on which model you are depositing your deposit on. However, it is likely that it will take a few months for the model you choose to be built in Michigan.
Hummer EV reservation cancellations
As mentioned earlier, reservations are fully refundable. You can get your $ 100 back by contacting your dealer and requesting a refund or calling 1-833-HUMMER-EV. According to GM, it can take up to seven business days to receive your refund. Important: You must cancel your reservation before submitting your order.

According to the fine print, GMC says the Hummer EV will only be available in the "48 continental United States and Hawaii," which is a long way to go to say Alaskans are out of luck. Canadians, just rest - your country has its own microsite reservation process.
Hummer EV microsite problems
The GMC Hummer EV microsite was experiencing some early functional issues due to an increase in early reservation requests. Functionality wasn't quite as compromised as Ford was after the Ranger was revealed, but it is possible that it affected your ability to complete a reservation. Even now, if you get involved, you may need to be patient, and the first models to go into production are the Edition 1 loaded Unfortunately sold out - or to be more precise, all reservation spaces have been taken. That said, there is a waiting list and you can still claim a place in line for one of the later models.
