Gluten Free Product Review: KitchenAid Convection Counter-top Oven

  Before making the decision to close shop on my homebased bakery and return to  NY, a convection oven was on my Top 10 list of kitchen essentials to purchase. Orders were pouring in and I needed a second oven to keep up with the demand. My living situation changed but my need for a smaller counter-top oven did not. You see now that I’m running the blog practically full-time the need to have a smaller unit to test bake has has become crucial. My parents kindly donated our back kitchenette as my personal workspace, so immediately upon returning I ordered this Kitchen aid Convection Counter-top Oven online at CHEF’s catalog. Initially, this model wasn’t my first choice, but it was the option that best fit my budget . I had already spent hours pouring over user and professional reviews of the best convection ovens on the market. Kitchenaid is a quality brand so I went my gut with this model.

I am so glad that I did because I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This is my first foray into convection baking and I honestly love it so much better than a standard full size range. The heat circulates ten times better giving a perfect bake each and every time. This model looks beautiful on the counter-top. It is big enough to tackle heavy duty baking but small enough to fit smaller areas. Unlike large full size ovens; cooking in this counter-top convection produces little heat which is a plus as temperatures start to rise. So far, I have had no problems with this oven. It looks great, it is easy to operate and requires no assembly. This is my kind of appliance. Additionally, the service and speed of delivery that I received from CHEF’s was beyond super and I will definitely be ordering products from them again.

Kitchenaid has done it again in crafting yet another quality appliance for novice and expert cooks alike.
