Gluten Free Menu Plan: September 7-11, 2015

Today is Labor Day. That mean’s summer is unofficially over and Fall is imminent. Of course, you wouldn’t know it by our weather. This weekend has been super hot and super humid. We’ve had sunshine galore. Naturally, I’m in a fibro flare from the hot humid air. My muscles just do not like the humidity. But I digress. Hopefully, you are getting plenty sun, plenty water, and having loads of fun. What are your favorite Labor Day traditions?
