June 1. Can you believe it! I mean we are half way through the year and the dog days of summers are imminent. So much awesome is happening in my life that I can’t even know what to say. Words like roller coaster, journey, faith, and determination do come to mind. But before I go off on to too much of a tangent I’ll just go ahead and present this week’s menu plan. A few old and new favorites are suggested providing you with more than enough diversity to take you from breakfast, to lunch, to weekend barbecue, to family picnic.
