Gluten Free Menu Plan: December 15-22, 2013

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

The snow’s coming down. I’m watching it fall. I can’t say I’m all that happy about it or this bitter harsh cold. And to think this is just the beginning I’ve got plenty of hearty yet simple veggie based soup recipes as well as a few fan favorites.  Dishes aimed to keep you and I warm, toasty, and well fed all week. What’s your favorite dish to warm up to on a cold winter’s night? Let me know in the comments.
