Gluten Free Menu Plan: April 6-11, 2015

The calendar tells me it’s Spring but apparently Mother Nature is still on vacation as the bitter chill of winter remains a constant in my neck of the woods. Enough is enough. But before I digress any further get into this weeks menu plan. Plenty of springtastic salad and sandwich options to… at the least help you eat like the weather is delightful.
