Globe Erroneously Charges Me “Call Collect”

The “call collect” charge in my latest Globe bill is very minimal if not negligible as indicated above showing a P4.46 amount.

When i inquired about it @Talk2Globe Twitter account, my intention was to know what is that charge for? I had no idea why i am billed with “call collect”.

Then, it followed by direct messages and tweets on Twitter between me and with several Globe’s Customer Service Relations officers before i could get a final response–

Lessons learned–we have to check our bill for erroneous charges that our telco might charge us for services that we didn’t avail.
