I absolutely love my parents house; is there anything better than living on the lake? Since I knew we were only visiting for a short period of time, I wanted to plan a girls night with a few close girlfriends. We're talking iced tea, cake pops, nail polish, and more!

Summertime is the perfect time to enjoy good friends and cold drinks. We spent the day catching up, laughing, and enjoying some goodies. Being a military family makes it hard to be away but it's times like this that remind me how easy it is to pick right back up where we left off.

I picked up my supplies at Walmart and of course, needed to send each guest home with some goodies! Each girl took home a tumbler, lotion, nail polish, chapstick and a hair tie. And of course we put our tumblers to good use for the party :)

We had iced tea, lemonade, and strawberry pomegranate vitamin burst k-cups. Of course they were delicious on their own but I had a few fruit options out to enhance them if the guests chose to do so! Fun bit; for maximum flavor, make sure to chose the 6 oz (small) or 8 oz (medium) option.

I have been so blessed to have an amazing group of family and friends in my life. I absolutely love hosting parties and this was a perfect time to kick back an enjoy a beautiful summer day with my friends.
