Verdict on Girl
Girl is a mystery thriller that wants to capture a dark twisted world, where an adult child wants to get revenge on their father. Only to find themselves caught up in the middle of something much more dangerous.
This is a movie that wants to be edgy, touching on a couple of serious abuse incidents. Only it turns into a flat thriller about someone who would never stand a chance at knowing something fighting back against criminals. There are some twists and turns along the way, which lead to some surprises in the story.
Final Thoughts –Girl is a thriller that starts slow before the twists make it more interesting.
