We’ve shown you the endlessly entertaining videos of Ghost Tiger before, and now there’s a new one. Singer Alixandra Macmillan-Fiedel, bassist Kevin Evans, keyboardist Emma Houston, guitarist Chris Norlinger and drummer Chris Stansell bring us back to the 80s this time around with a video that’s strange, playful and funny.
The music video was directed by Drew Dale, and it comes before the release of their long anticipated seven song EP, Some Friends Feel Like Family. “Science Camp” as a song is triumphant and nostalgic. With bass grooves, claps and an upbeat rhythm, the band makes you want to dance like a fool and break some furniture. Alixandra and the band appear with many versions of retro apparel, making you feel like you’re seeing the many different phases you went through during the course of a doomed relationship.
