Is Tyrese finally out of the woods when it comes to his bizarre behavior and online oversharing struggle?
The singer/actor took to the internet to reveal that he has been consistently taking psych meds to treat his recent emotional trauma, but it has only made things worse for him…
A much more subdued Tyrese announced that he’s now selling Shayla Rocks shirts online to fund a foundation to represent fathers trying to get their daughters back despite his own inability to pay his lawyers, before revealing that he had been on Rexulti to treat his stress and anxiety surrounding not being able to see his daughter. Tyrse claims THAT is what sent him into a very public tailspin, with tears, dancing, and rants that left many scratching their heads.

I want you guys to know that to this day I don’t drink, smoke or on any level do I do drugs……… because of this high stress and very traumatic experience I was advised then ultimately connected with multiple therapist and psychiatrist I had a few private meetings and these were the psych drugs that was suggested and this is the reason I had a complete meltdown online – I’m in the clear now, this sh*t is completely out of my system I flushed these psych meds Down the toilet and I’m already back at 100% – please don’t chalk this up as “oversharing” a lot of people were effected by what these psych meds did to me over these last 2 months and this is my public apology I’m so very sorry guys – please guys just know again this is not the Singer, actor this is Shayla’s father……….. This will NOT compromise my case…. This is transparency and honesty and more of a heads up “don’t let folks suggest drugs especially psychiatric meds we all you need is to be still and and preset in the Lord and he will deal with your fights and reality”. Praying for you guys……..
Hmmm…people were thinking that he NEEDED to be medicated for some time, but he says that was actually the source of the issue for him.
Hopefully Tyrese has found the formula that works best for him, and he can be more stable for his career and his family.
