INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 6 potatoes, peeled and shredded
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl mix eggs, flour, baking powder, potatoes, onion, salt, and pepper together.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, drop 2 tablespoons of the potato mixture into the pan. Press to flatten.
Cook for 3 minutes from each side, until cooked.
