{GBF What I Wore On Sunday Funday} A Day In Lulu*s

Sunday funday was an estrogen fest. In the morning, Annette, Elizabeth, and I trekked over to Pasadena for breakfast, shopping, and girl talk-the golden trifecta of female bonding. There's something incredibly peaceful and calming about enjoying breakfast al fresco while listening to the rest of the city lazily wake up. We coordinated our outfits (it's our fashion blogger duty) and since we happen to have a collective fondness for feminine frocks, we each wore our favorite Lulu*s spring pastel dress for the occasion. Usually, I spent Sundays in glasses with my face covered in skunky smelling clay masks while wearing the most raggedy rags I can find so it was refreshing to look human for a change. The versatility of my delicate pink babydoll dress adorned with lace overlay is not lost on me as I plan on wearing it to weddings, afternoon tea, date night, and perhaps even a Lakers game with the right pair of flats, denim jacket, and butch accessories.
After the morning outing, I headed over to San Gabriel for lunch with mom and dad. We ate at a new Thai place where I got my usual-papaya salad and laksa curry noodles. I worked up a voracious appetite from shopping and ended up finishing my food and some of my dad's crab fried rice. I always eat more than my parents which is something I probably shouldn't brag about. After lunch, I went back to the westside to attend my friend Dawn's second blog anniversary which invariably resulted in more eating (the pecan pie from Pi Bake Shop was delish) and girl talk. 
When I got home, I was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch watching 60 minutes with one hand in the popcorn tin while still wearing my Sunday Funday babydoll dress. It's so versatile it doubled as a nightgown.
