{GBF Life + Style} Orange is the New Black with Lulus.com Part III

By Goodbadandfab @goodbadandfab

The last part of my Halloween style series focuses on a festive everyday outfit that can easily transition from day to night.  I wore my favorite slouchy sweatshirt with tailored shorts and vintage combat boots to a day out at the pumpkin patch. Not only is the outfit an interesting hodgepodge of trends, it's also versatile enough to transition into a dressier night look. By the way, I was there to find a pumpkin for my hot pot. Slice it up, toss it in broth, add some protein like lamb, spam, and pig's blood (a seemingly gross but trust me it's delicious trifecta), and let the slices soak up the flavors. Now that's a treat.
With nighttime temperature taking a drastic dip here in LA, I had to layer up the outfit for a pre-Halloween dinner. I simply added a leather jacket, put on some tights and switched out the boots for heels. A top bun is optional for added drama.
I hope you enjoyed my Halloween style series and are ready to look fabulous on the scariest night of the year! Save me some Kit Kats and Red Vines!
