The government reduced the price of fuel effective from yesterday midnight. Accordingly, the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) states that the price of a liter of Octane 92 Petrol has been reduced by Rs. 7 to Rs. 333.
The price of a liter of Octane 95 Petrol has been reduced by Rs. 10 to Rs. 365.
Meanwhile, the price of a liter of Auto Diesel has also been reduced by Rs. 15 to Rs. 310, while a price of a liter of Super Diesel (Euro 4) has been reduced by Rs. 135 to Rs. 330.
Kerosene oil has not been reduced.
