Fruit and Ice-cream Parfaits

After crossing five alphabets ABCDE, now time to reveal the next alphabet F. I have choose “Fruit and Ice-cream Parfait” to made under fusion food theme. For this dessert, we need to make three to four layers in tall glasses. I had selected ice-cream, fruits and cornflakes to prepare three layers in this parfait recipe. Parfait is a French word meaning "perfect" to describe a kind of frozendessert. In The United States,parfaitrefers to either the traditional French-style dessert or to a popular variant, the American parfait, made by layering parfait cream, ice cream, and/or flavoredgelatinein a tall, clear glass, and topping the creation withwhipped cream, fresh or canned fruit, and/orliqueurs. In the northern United States and Canada, parfaits may also be made by usingyogurtlayered with nuts or fresh fruits such aspeaches,strawberries, or blueberries.
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 0 Minutes Servings: 2 Category: Fusion Food Ingredients: Vanilla Ice-cream Cornflakes Fruits (Kiwifruit, Mango, Pomegranates, Apple) Cherry and Pistachios for garnishing Instructions: Add the ice-cream in bottom of both glasses. Add cornflakes in between and then add chopped fruits. Add ice-cream scoop on the top and garnish with chopped cherries and pistas. Keep in freeze for 20-30 minutes to set. Serve chilled.
