Fried Dace Fish Bee Hoon

By Rumblingtummy @RumblingTummi
We like fried trotter leg bee hoon and have had them numerous times.  Unfortunately, these days, the can hardly has any meat in it and it consists of just fats and skin plus the insane pricing for this can of food, it was a turned-off and I am staying clear even though we like it.
Spotted my friend using Dace fish with salted black bean to fry her bee hoon and she said it is even better than the Fried Trotter bee hoon so I decided to try it.

Findings: This dish tasted really delicious.  Though does not have the same fragrance as the Fried Trotter Bee Hoon, I think this is a good substitute.
Thanks AS for sharing.
