My skin has to be pretty dry for me to actually use body lotion. I hate the slithery feeling after applying it, how long it takes to dry, and, on cold mornings (times when I probably could use body lotion the most) the time it takes to work body lotion into my body when all I want to do is wrap myself up in a warm towel and jump into my clothes. For what it’s worth, I also hate hand lotion and rarely see the point of it. If you’re a fastidious hand washer like I am, the second hand lotion is applied it’s washed off soon after I wash my hands. Putting a moisturizer in a spray bottle may not be the most inventive thing since sliced bread, but it reminds me of the first time ketchup was put in a squeeze bottle; so obvious and simple, yet brilliant, and something that forever changed how condiments were dispensed.
