Friday’s Fab Find: Footzyfolds

Its been said the average American walks 2.2 miles but according to some sources your average New Yorker walks almost three times that at 6.5 miles a day. I’ve often said that you need to shop for the life you HAVE not the life you want. I adore a fabulous heel but they are just not practical for the busy woman. Nearly every woman I know who has a 9 to 5pm office job, has a drawer with a handful of pumps to change into when she arrives at work, because running down subway steps in heels is just dangerous.

When Dr. Scholl introduced Fast Flats a pair of flats in a wristlets you could tuck into your purse I thought it was the greatest idea EVER.  But then I thought, even for $20, what kind of shoes are these? THIN, very very thin. I asked a few friends and checked out the reviews on Amazon which seems to confirm my fears. Several of them said they appreciate them but would never wear them outside.

Now there are FootzyFolds! These are shoes I would recommend to keep in your purse for a number of reasons.  They are more substantial than Fast Flats, you can roll these up too, but the bottom is thicker. Footzyfolds fold up and fit in any handbag for easy toting. They come in tons of styles and colors and this season they have increased the insoles to add superior memory foam to swaddle the foot In pure comfort without sacrificing style of course.  True they don’t offer a ton of support but what flat does?  They are CUTE and they come in a lot of different styles and price points.
