I just cannot contain my excitement and happiness this week. At the moment, I’m en route to Lake George where I’m honored to be taking part in my best friend’s wedding. I can’t believe the day is finally here, and I can now stop dreaming of beautiful outdoor ceremonies like this, since I’ll be walking down the aisle as a bridesmaid for the first time! Words can’t explain how thrilled and happy I am that she will finally be marrying her longtime love. I’m also excited about the new job I will be starting after my return from my week in Mexico, oh just another thing I’m looking forward to.

Walking through Central Park, after finishing up all the necessary paperwork, I thought about my near future. And although it’s not necessarily my dream job or career, I feel happy and confident because I know it’s the right move for me at the moment, and can lead to so much more. I’m positive and open-minded that this, and my time in New York City, will bring me closer to my dreams. It’s all about your expectation of things in life that come your way, and how you perceive them. If you put optimistic vibes out there, then you’ll attract the things you want, so I’m staying completely open and free of how my life should be, because life has a funny way of disguising opportunities and miracles. {top image via} Pretty Peonies in full bloom
It was the perfect Spring day for an al fresco Mother’s Day Brunch, where these waffles were a hit Montclair is one of my favorite towns, not only for the plenty of great restaurants and things to do, but for their beautiful and unique homes. This is sure to scare away the birds and squirrels from the gardenThe garden is brimming with new life and color, but I’m looking forward to this small, yet loaded bushel of Peonies to flower Everyday there is a new beautiful flower popping up in the gardenAfternoon garden time with Marley Mid-morning stroll to Central Park after dealing with job related matters, and I’m always so amazed by its peaceful beauty that I’m sure this painter was capturing with every detail. What an inspiration to start painting again Beautiful lilacs gracing the top of the lake remind me of English Gardens, the kind I’d love to have one day
People intrigue me, each one has a different and unique life story that deserves to be appreciated and understood. I also realized that this week, by learning to pay attention to the details in things
