unfortunately it was pouring out and I forgot my rain jacket (the likely reason for the pouring)
And then a late exit to the office meant that all 3 treadmills in the office gym were occupied. So I hit the bike instead.
I am still working on finishing It Starts With Food before I kick off my Whole30 challenge on Monday. This meant bike reading. And I set myself a little goal of keeping my RPMs as close to 90 as I could.
At the end of the 40 mins, I had pedaled away 10.5 miles of frustration.
and was completely DRENCHED in sweat.
Much needed. and ALMOST as good as a run...but not quite.
