These charts reflect the results of a new Fox News Poll -- done between December 8th and 11th of a national sample of 1,000 registered voters, with a 3 point margin of error.
Fox News may be Donald Trump's favorite cable station, but he's not going to like the results their poll shows. It turns out that until October, most Americans did not want Trump impeached and removed from office. That has not flipped.
Now 50% want to see him impeached and removed from office, while 46% say they don't want that. That's a significant difference that exceeds the poll's margin of error.
The poll also found that 68% would be in favor of a 2% wealth tax on wealth over $50 million, 66% would be in favor of allowing anyone to buy into the Medicare system, 63% would be in favor of legalizing marijuana, and 52% oppose building a wall on the border with Mexico. Those are positions favored by Democrats and opposed by Republicans. That doesn't bode well for Trump or the Republicans in the coming election.
They also questioned Democrats and Democratic leaners, and the results of who they want as the Democratic nominee are in the chart below. The margin of error for that is 4.5 points.
