Former State Rep Sells UnderTheDome.com Unknowingly For Spielberg/Stephen King Show

Arkansasbusiness.com, just wrote a story about a former state representative Steve Harrelson, who sold the domain name of his blog UnderTheDome.com, for just $7,800 in January, to what he thought was a New York company that  was planning some kind of political site just to find out during watching the Super Bowl that the domain is the new site for CBS’ 13-part series “Under the Dome.”

Under the Dome isn’t any ordinary TV show but its one which is based on a Stephen King book and produced by Steven Spielberg

“Harrelson said he had not really been misled because the buyer, a group from Staten Island called Falsone, had always been “vague” about its plans.”But had I known ,  and CBS were behind it, I would’ve been a little more shrewd,” Harrelson said.

“Still, the price he did get wasn’t bad. Even now he describes it as “a pretty good chunk” for a domain name that he originally purchased for $100 in time for the 2007 legislative session.”

I checked out the site UnderTheDome.com and incorporating Google Maps shows you what your house looks like “Under the Dome”
