Food Diary – Not a Good Day!

Breakfast: Protein Shake
100ml unsweetened almond milk Alpo
1 scoop USN Whey Chocolate
2 tsp instant coffee
200ml water
Ice

Blend in vitamix or high-speed blender

Lunch: packed lunch
Salad-
Lettuce
Cucumber
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Beet root
Sautéed seitan
2 egg whites
Skinny homemade ranch dressing & balsamic vinegar
Followed by:
Sugar free jelly and strawberries

Dinner Balti Central Restaurant
Popadoms with chutney tray
Saag paneer – I just had the saag
Tandoori rotli

Snacks:
Belvita biscuits
Apple
Few Thornton’s chocolates
Some pistachios and chilli peanuts!!

Today was not a good food day- eaten way over calories goal. I have figured out I have 18 weeks to get to goal ( my summer holiday) #letsdothis #strictdietstartsmonday
