I made a slow cooked fish for a family of four. I used a packet of Basics Frozen White Fish Fillet, a tin of Basics Peeled Plum Tomatoes, Basics carrots and added some fresh cherry tomatoes (£1).

It is a simple and nutritious dish. Fish is great for Omega 3. Experts generally recommend eating fish once or twice a week. We served it with spaghetti. My family enjoyed and loved it!
