Florida Banning Junk Food?

It seems that Junk Food is a good reason to kill someone in Florida: after all, Trayvon Martin threatened George Zimmerman with ice tea and skittles.  The latest victim not only texted (a crime worthy of the death penalty in itself), but threw popcorn.
He had to shoot him.
This all sounds like Monty Python. "And now we will show you how to protect yourself against a person carrying candy and popcorn. Pull out your gun and shoot them."
