Hey Readers, how was your weekend? Hope it was good as I, was pretty hectic but overall it’s been very good. A little bit tired from it, but hanging in there. The only movie I watched in the very beginning of weekend was Definitely, Maybe (2008) which was okay. But a little bit about that later.
So I did The Bling Ring (2013) review last week, but I’ve been thinking to feature Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette (2006) a couple days earlier. Perhaps because she is a woman, Coppola never fail to get her movies fashionable. This is the second time I featured Coppola-Dunst in Fashion post. The first you might already see it. In general, they’re a pretty good combo. But the only thing that impressed me in Marie Antoinette was the wardrobe. Indeed, the movie won Best Costume Design in Academy Awards. In the hands of Milena Canonero who also worked for Ocean’s Twelve (2004), The Shining (1980) and Clockwork Orange (1971).
Now, I can’t precisely find the most similar. Thankfully, like other fashion posts, the movie is the inspiration. I have one-two options for one wardrobe because the options are all great. Hope you like this one, as myself
