Flatbreads

Ingredients:
200g Self Raising Flour
2Tbsp Olive Oil
200ml Warm Water
1/2 Tsp Salt

In a mixer bowl add the flour and oil, using a dough hook mix this together and slowly add the water

Knead for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into small a pieces

Roll out the dough on a floured surface

Roll out until about 2-3 mm thick. These will be thicker then wraps and chapati ( Rotli).

Heat a flat pan over medium heat and place the flatbread on the pan

When you start to see the bubbles, flip over and cook the other side until cooked by small brown areas, flip again and make sure the flatbread looks cooked

They will be a dry soft flatbread.Enjoy with any dips – we enjoyed them with some homemade hummus
