Ingredients
Vinegar - 250 g
Cloves - 2 pieces
Black Pepper Solid - 5 pieces
Bay Leaf - 2
Soya - Half Pack
Turnip - 1 (cut in four pieces)
Green Chili Big - 250 g (cut in small pieces)
Cauliflower - 250 g cut in bigger pieces
Cucumber - 250 g
Green Chilies Small - 100 g
Method
Take a pan and mix vinegar, black solid pepper, clove, soya , bay leaf and boil them for 2-3 minutes. While the vinegar is boiling put carrot, turnip, cucumber and cauliflower so that all these vegetables are boiled, but do not over boil. Put off the fire and then put green chilies big and small, and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. This mixed pickle salad can persist longer if placed in a glass jar.

2. Chicken Spicy Salad
Ingredients
Boiled Chicken- 1 Kg ( put in cold water after boiling)
Onion- 250 g
Green Chili big - 1
Tomatoes - 250 g
Green Chilies Small - 5
Green Onion - 5
Mayonnaise - 5 Tablespoons
Salt, White Pepper - as required
Method
Cut all the vegetables lengthwise and then mix with all the ingredients. Tasty chicken spicy salad is ready
3. Apple Walnut Salad
Ingredients
Green Cooking Apple - 1 Kg
Walnuts - 1 Cup
Mayonnaise Paste - 6 Tablespoons
Green Onion - 250 g (only leaves cut in small pieces)
Salt - as required
Lemon juice - 50g
Method
Cut apples in small cubical pieces and dip them in salted cold water. Mix some lemon juice in the same cold water. Lemon juice will prevent changing of color of apple pieces. Mix all the ingredients.

4. French Beef Salad
Ingredients
Beef (undercut) - 1 Kg
Piminto (English vegetables) - 2
Artichoke (English vegetables) - 2
Capers - 3 Tablespoons
Olive Oil - 4 Tablespoons
Onion - 3
Tomatoes - 3
Green Onion - 250 g (leaves only)
Cucumber - 2 (pickled)
Carrot - 1
French Mustard - 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar - 3 Tablespoons
Green Chili Big - 2
Salt and White Pepper - as required
Method
Cut beef in thin long pieces and fry then in small quantity of hot oil till it turns golden. Avoid overcooking. Cut all the vegetables lengthwise. Mix all the ingredients well with wooden spoon.
5. French Potato Salad
Ingredients
Boiled Potatoes - 1 Kg
Onions - 2
Green Chili Big - 2
Soya - Half Pack
Cucumber - 2 (pickled)
Carrot - 1
Piminto (English vegetables) - 2
Artichoke (English vegetables) - 1
Green Onion - 250 g
Olive Oil - 5 Tablespoons
Vinegar - 3 Tablespoons
Method
Cut the vegetables lengthwise and mix all the ingredients. Delicious potato salad is ready. Serve with any food.
