Five Recipes with....Spinach.

Throw it in a smoothie for a burst of iron, magnesium, vitamin K & plenty of other nutrients or add to curries, salads, pasta or tarts.
I've recently been throwing it in anywhere I can just to get an extra burst of vitamins pre-autumn/winter.
For this week's "Five Recipes...." series, here are some of my favorite recipes....
deep filled homity pie - spinach, cheese, nutmeg, potato & onion
prawn, butternut squash, mango & spinach curry
crustless quiche with spinach, bacon & smoked cheddar
lentil & spinach curry
