Award-winning Wedgwood The Restaurant on Edinburgh's historical Royal Mile will be celebrating Burns Night for the very first time on 25 January 2017. Since opening in 2008 the restaurant has traditionally been closed for much of January to allow staff to have some time off after the Christmas and Hogmanay festivities, but this year the restaurant will be serving up its own modern take on a Burns supper. Chef / Patron Paul Wedgwood has established himself as one of Edinburgh's best loved chefs and one who has an innovative take on haggis which he serves all year round and includes haggis made from pigeon, rabbit and even squirrel.
