Fit Moms Club: Take 4

Ok! This week was MUCH better than last week!! I really buckled down, ate right, and went to the gym. I went to all my Spin classes as well as the other workouts on my weekly schedule. When I went to weigh-in at my Weight Watchers meeting on Saturday morning, I was down a whopping 3.6 lbs!! That's huge for me in one week! I mean my husband can drop 3 lbs in his sleep, but it often takes me a week just to lose half a pound. It's so true that the greatest motivator in the world is success. I'm excited to keep it up this week after doing so well last week.
