This is my final piece (on my last day) before I leave the company. It's a bitter-sweet moment I should say. I'm finally free but it entails leaving a company I fell in love with for 3 years. But like what our company slogan, I've got to 'make it happen'. There's no better time than now. My outlook for 2013 is full of hope and dreams. I hope my plans fall into place. If not, well, I'll have to pick up the pieces and jump back again. 'Coz I'm resilient, like that. Ayt, enough with the chit-chat. *** I am a person in pursuit of HAPPINESS. I am a person who makes it happen. I don't want to wait for things to come my way anymore. And so, I've decided to close this chapter of my career. It's not an easy decision but I feel like this is the best time for me to leave, as I can no longer wait for the right time  nor see any tangible future here at  L*****k. I've had enough with all the politics, red tape, bureaucracy and minimal opportunities for growth.
***
I am forever thankful to those people who saw past my loudness,  who saw my potential and took a leap of faith in me, listened to my endless rants, patiently taught me lessons for personal and professional development, laughed, jeered and raved with me at my clumsiness, and those who genuinely created bonds with me. I dare not drop names. This email's too small for y'all. You are probably getting this email because I feel that, one way or the other,  you have touched my life and created a difference. My heartfelt gratitude to you, my friend.
***
Our past mistakes are meant to guide us, and not define us. I'm sorry if I have hurt your feelings with my bluntness but please understand that  I am not the type of person who censors his opinion to comfort anyone's ignorance. So, if I have, in any way, offended you, I sincerely apologize. It was never my intention.

In the end, people will continue to judge us no matter what we do. I am not certain of what the future hold but I'm not one of those people who live impressing others.  I only live a life impressing yourself. So, as difficult as this is, I am sending this one last email to you as a thank you, sorry and goodbye.
I'm super glad we have crossed paths. I hope it will not be the end. See on the next bend.
And for the last time, thank you for calling L*****k Technical Support. HAVE A STRESS-FREE SHIFT.
