Anyone else as obsessed with home tv as much as I am? For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with HGTV and all of the networks renovation and property shows. From Property Brothers, to Love It Or List It and House Hunters (the show that started it all for me!) I have a pretty unhealthy obsession with all things home and garden television. Considering all of the above, it not surprising that when I came across this stunning renovation of a One Fifth Avenue apartment in NYC it reminded me of an episode of Million Dollar Listing. Anyone else watch that show? So. good.
Designed by Tamara Magel, the fabulous apartment renovation is equal parts glamorous and strikingly understated – creating a combo that just works. I’m obsessed with the bold fixtures, herringbone patterned floors, and the fun pops of subtle color used throughout the space. One Fifth Avenue is also one of the most prestigious landmarks in NYC, and to put it mildly – the square footage doesn’t come cheap. Pricing for one of these gems starts at half million dollars and goes all the way up to 5 million +. Sadly, out of my price range, but thankfully I can get a glimpse into what one of these real apartments looks like – just in case I never hit the lottery.
