We both were sitting together in the hallway when she looked up at me and said,
" Make a promise to me. Right now, right here. The phrasing should come from your mouth and if it's right, then we both really are soulmates. "
I was stunned. This was a test of our relationship. And whether it would withstand or would be demolished was based on my next words.
I was flustered and hurriedly replied,
" I'll be there with you in every situation you face."
She looked up and frowned at me. Clearly, this was not what she had expected.
She replied,
"But, that's not feasible nor it is wholly possible. I'll give you one more try. "
This time I took care of what to say and with heavy seriousness in my voice, I replied,
