Fashion | My First Designer Bag...

By Megan Lillie @meganjanelillie
I'm not going to lie, writing this has got me mega excited and giddy. I got a pretty cool new addition to my accessory wardrobe so I thought it was well worth sharing with you...
Now you should know by now that when it comes to clothes and whatnot, I am no slave to designer labels. Give me an ASOS dress or a Motel Rocks playsuit (like the one I'm wearing, wink) annnnnyday. Not that there's anything wrong with a bit of designer lovin', but most of the time, it's just not for me. HOWEVER. When this stunning Rebecca Minkoff Fringe Backpack from MyBag landed on my doorstep, I wanted to cradle it like a puppy. It is just super beautiful. The leather bag is matched with the softest suede tassels and a rather unique vertical zip down the back. It is such a practical bag, making sure that I have both hands when I'm nipping my hands through the SALE rails in Topshop!
I decided to pair it with my super fluffy MinkPink jacket (similar here) from a few years back. This is a staple piece when the weather gets warmer and it'll have a firm place in my wardrobe until it falls to pieces. Under it, my lovely lederhosen style Playsuit which makes me want to yodel and keeping in with all the suede that's going on in this outfit, my new Fringed Boots from InTheStyle. My last outfit was full of suede too, it's like a common trend these days! I'll try add some different textures in my next get up...
Let me know in the comments what you think about this outfit? Are you into designer bags? I usually am not too fussed, but this one is just right up my street! What designer brands to you go to for a bag? Megan. xoFacebook  - Twitter - Instagram - Bloglovin - YoutubeCheck out my November advertiser - Studs and Dreams!
