This season there will be anything from neon’s to biker wear and bare midriffs! Along with some old favourites, some returning trends and some new ones, this year promises to be a fashionable one!
So far the bomber jacket has been dominating the catwalks the last few seasons, but in 2013 we’ll see the return of the biker jacket, which will toughen up any look. Neon will also be an unmissable trend this year, which will prove the antidote to January blues, as it got 4,509 mentions on Twitter. Another trend which has been mentioned on Twitter is jumpsuits, with a massive 8,720 online mentions this week. The jumpsuits comeback may have been inspired by Cheryl Cole and her Balmain number she wore in December.
One trend that we’ll be happy isn’t going anywhere in 2013 is disco pants, which is still being talked about on social media, as well as peplum (perfect for hiding and festive bellies!) A luxe leather item may also be worth adding to your spring shopping list, with celebs everywhere wearing statement pieces – Jennifer Aniston below, looking edgy and sweet.

At London Fashion Week we saw a lot of bare midriffs, so team a crop top with high waisted trousers or skirt to pull of the look.
Hopefully there will be some good weather at some point this Spring, and when there is we should all slip into something more comfortable, like a slouchy pair of Bermuda Shorts. They’re ultra chic, fam-friendly, and flattering.
Last but not least, we’ll have the old favorite black and white trend. Perfect for office wear, day wear or party wear – black and white will never fail. “Spring trends” might typically call to mind Easter-egg colours and happy-go-lucky floral prints, but this season, designers put the emphasis on strong black-and-white looks.
