After closing the doors of their Notting Hill location earlier this year, the Farina Pizza Napoletana team is back in the neighborhood with a brand new location just up the road (plus two new dark kitchens in Vauxhall and Camden ). The new restaurant will serve the same traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas made with slow-fermenting dough, San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella, with toppings like anchovies, olives and wild capers and Italian sausages and broccoli. wild.
This time around, Farina will also offer pasta dishes like gnoccho alla sorrentina and timballo di maccheroni, with a monthly selection of regional Italian pasta dishes. The wine list will be 100% Italian, with organic, low intervention and biodynamic bottles, as well as classic aperitif cocktails.
The Notting Hill site plans to open for food service in January, but that depends a lot on whether BoJo is leaving London on Level 3. If that doesn't happen, you can still get a pizza action because Farina will operate a take-out and delivery service.
