Falooda is a cold dessert quite popular in many regions of India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Basically it is made with rose syrup, falooda sev, ice cream and sabja seeds. Sabja seeds are also known as tukmaria or basil seeds. They are very healthy nutrition wise.
Falooda can also be made with only milk but I like to make it with ice creams or kulfi. This time I am sharing Kulfi falooda recipe. In this recipe I have used store bought falooda sev. They can also be easily prepared at home with corn starch. I will try to upload a tutorial on falooda sev recipe soon. Stay tuned.
Let's see the recipe.

1/2 cup rose flavoured falooda
4 tablespoons rose syrup
4 tablespoons sabja seeds

Step 4. Add 1/2 tablespoon gulkand.
Step 5. Add pistachio kulfi.
Step 6. Add falooda mix prepared in step 1.
Step 7. Add 1/2 cup chilled milk.
Repeat the steps mentined above till the glass is filled enough. I repeated the steps twice.
Delicious gulkand and rose flavoured falooda is ready to serve.
