Greek yogurt topped with honey roasted rhubarb (~ 2 tbsp per stalk, roast @ 450 for 5-10 minutes) and nature's path pumpkin flax granola. This preparation of rhubarb was good but I thought it lost too much of that distinctive tart rhubarb taste. Next time I'll try less sugar and less roasting.
Followed by banana whipped oats topped with strawberries and swirly chocolate chips. This time instead of slicing the banana as instructed I just mushed it up with my hands which worked really well and was less fuss and hassle.
