We knew that this one was going to be about true love in Canada. So many couples here come from very diverse backgrounds and begin brand new lives together from scratch and we felt so compelled to tell their story. Hana known Bianca for years and loved the beautiful love story she shared with her husband, Fernando. There was no question about it – these two were our inspiration!”

“Bianca and Fernando met a few years ago while Bianca had visited Cuba on vacation. It was like a fairy tale when they met on the street, locking eyes and forming an instant connection. She did not know she would see him again, until she felt him looking at her a few hours later from across the patio at a New Year’s Eve party. They had only a few hours to get to know each other before she had to catch her flight back home. From there on, he did not miss a single day in sending her “good morning” and “good night” messages. They carried on a long distance relationship for 2 years, until this year when he joined her in Canada to begin building their lives together.”

“This photo shoot was important for them in expressing their love for each other and relive their wedding. They got married within a couple hundred meters from where they ran into each other for the very first time but did not have a professional photographer with them on their big day. Believe it or not, Bianca has never had her hair and makeup professionally done. This day was truly a day of “firsts”. As new as modeling was for them, it felt so natural because they were together. It was their little victory dance, after clearing many hurdles in order to get to this moment in their lives. We were so grateful to be able to bring together such a diverse group of wedding pros to make dreams come true! This is the true meaning of being Canadian.”
