F. Scott and The Nighthawks Outlaws Video Release + 5 Quick Questions

By Phjoshua @thereviewsarein

F. Scott and The Nighthawks are back with a new video!

The band originally released their debut song, Outlaws, from their upcoming album, Hold Onto Your Heart, in March of 2020. Fast forward to June, and we're bringing you their video for Outlaws. The video has a fun old-timey film feeling, blending live performance with behind the scenes takes, backed by their unique raspy, classic guitar-driven rock sound. It was filmed and edited by Dylan Weller. ( Dylan's Facebook)

F. Scott and The Nighthawks are more than just a band, they're friends, and you can feel it in the music. From the opening scene at the bar, smiling and cheersing shots, the band looks like they're having a good time. They bring that good time to the video, and they really deliver the goods at a live performance. You'll have to take my word for it until live music returns. They're a big band, and they deliver a big sound. This is country rock at it's very best.

In addition to the single, the band has been working hard on new music. Keep your eyes open for F. Scott And The Nighthawks' 13-song upcoming debut album, entitled Hold Onto Your Heart. The album was engineered and recorded at Aaron Goldstein's Baldwin Street Sound Studio in Toronto by Paul Phelan. It was produced and mixed by Clifton David Broadbridge in Studio B at the El Mocambo in Toronto, and mastered by Pete Lyman in Nashville at Infrasonic Sound. However, at this time, there's no set release date. If this track is any indicator, I can hardly wait until they release this puppy.
