And now CNN and The Washington Post are experimenting with voicemail for audio storytelling. Clever idea. Audio is often easier to produce than video. Reporters have been recording interviews for a long time, so the idea of creating audio comes more naturally and less complex.
I am curious to see how these experiments go with audio projects using voicemail as a medium for collecting stories and engaging with their audiences.
CNN is experimenting with Love Story. a social media experiment with audio. It kicked off in January, as producers went out to look for love stories to showcase in the run up to Valentine’s Day.
