Exciting New British Made, Velvet Armchairs!

By Hollie Brooks @MiaFleur_home

Hot off the press – MiaFleur has launched the start of a new range of sumptuous handmade velvet armchairs in collaboration with the best of British upholsterers. We aim to bring you the best of timeless style and quality, with a sassy, MiaFleur edge. Whether you want a cosy armchair to curl up in or a statement piece to add glamour to a room we think we’ve cracked it with these 2 beauties!

We can personally vouch for their comfort factor as well, rest assured they have been tried and tested by each of us and given the ‘ahhhh’ seal of approval! As Goldie Locks once said, “Ahhh, this chair’s not too soft and not too firm… in fact, it’s just right”. That was what she said, wasn’t it?

Sumptuous Winged Back Armchair

Soft touch velvet in a deliciously vibrant green, enhances the deep button back of this Sumptuous Winged Back Armchair and gives a twist of modernity to a classic that is sure to become a favourite for curling up in with a good book or for catching up with your favourite boxed set.

Sumptuous Deep Button Armchair

Vibrant jewelled orange in a luxurious soft touch velvet, with the back of the chair in a geometric black and white design for a touch of contrast. Perfect for brightening up any style of décor and bringing some charisma to a room.

Each piece is handmade to order, right here in the Midlands and not only that, but 1 upholsterer individually makes each velvet armchair from start to finish, in the time-honoured tradition of craftsmen that we excel at in Britain. The frames and legs are made from solid beech wood and, along with the coiled base springs, have a 10 year guarantee for peace of mind.

We’re so pleased to bring these beauties to you and we can’t wait to add to the collection! Do you have any requests? What chair have you been longing to find, but just can’t? We’d love to know! We’d also love to know what you think of these 2 new designs – do leave a comment below.
