The uncensored-tape scandal instigate when Gawker.com posted a 1-minute clip from a 30 minutes long uncensored tape featuring wrestling legend Hulk Hogan on its website. They claimed the tape was handed over to them for free by an anonymous source.

The video was recorded 6 years ago, featuring the Hulk Hogan’s uncensoredual encounter with Heather Clem, ex-wife of the former WWE champion’s BFF, ‘Bubba the Love Sponge’. When the entire episode was shot, both Hulk and Bubba were married and Hulk shared bed with Heather with Bubba’s permission.

As the video created sensations on the Internet, the former pro wrestler’s attorney send a cease-and-desist letter to the website, demanding to take down the embarrassing uncensored tape footage immediately.

When asked about his reaction and the steamy session with Heather, Hulk commented, ‘It was during a “low point” in his crumbling marriage to ex-wife Linda Hogan.”

When Bubba was asked about his involvement in the video, he adamantly declined. But the scandalous footage concluded with Hulk’s best friend Bubba appearing and making a comment ‘how the pair can mint profit off the x-rated session tape of Hulk and his ex-wife.’

Hulk, 59, says he had warned Bubba … “If you had anything to do with this that means we were never friends.”

The whole scandal took place in 2006 and then there was a four-year statute of limitations, expiring all the offense of unlawfully recording Hulk without his permission and the distribution of footage to the press is actually a federal issue, not a state problem.

The latest development reveals an unidentified source quoting, “Even though Bubba knew how much the Hulk uncensored tape would be worth, he didn’t stab his friend in the back, and he’s not the one who released it.”

Hulk Hogan just announced suing everyone involved in this sensationalized scandal. In a press conference in Tampa, his attorney announced two lawsuits filed by the former wrestler — one against Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife for illegally recording Hulk without his permission, and another against Gawker for publishing the tape for $100 million.
