- Chickens--coops, runs, fencing, gates, egg production, regular chores, raising chicks, approaches for providing fresh water (including in freezing temperatures), managing the poop, bedding material, automatic coop doors, predators, lost chickens, and (finally) chickens will eat anything, so be careful what you feed them.
- Weeds--a surprising problem on the homestead, how we handled them (and will handle them in the future).
- Tractors--size/power, attachments, problems, safety (tractors can be dangerous)
- Propane--homestead fuel of choice
Pictured: A single day's egg production from earlier this year. The brown eggs are from our Cinnamon Queens. The blues come from our Easter Eggers.
