Entered 6th Long Position: Weekly Update, Forecast and Outlook For Weeks of February 10 and 17.

I am going to be out the next two weeks. I was not going to get any more involved here, but indicator analysis tells me to add a long position here. So, despite being heavy long, I am adding another. I do think we may double bottom into the end of the week, but will not be around to small chart that move so I am adding here. I will return the week of February 17.
