The body of a 73 year old man has been found on a chair on the second floor of the Suhurupaya building in Battaramulla.
The police had been alerted after workers found the body.Police said the deceased was an employee of a private cleaning company and he was deployed for cleaning work at Suhurupaya.
The deceased has been identified as Dharmasiri Karunaratne (73), a resident of Kelaniya Vedamulla area.
The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.
